Kaizer Chiefs’ PSL Match Delayed Amid Confederation Cup Schedule

PSL Reschedules Chiefs vs Magesi After CAF Commitments Intensify

Kaizer Chiefs have announced a scheduling change to their domestic programme, with their Betway Premiership fixture against Magesi FC—initially set for Wednesday, 26 November at Seshego Stadium—officially postponed. The adjustment comes as a result of Amakhosi’s ongoing CAF Confederation Cup commitments.

The Soweto side opened their group-stage campaign with a narrow 2–1 defeat to Al Masry in Suez, leaving them third in Group D and in need of a strong response on matchday two.

Their next assignment is a high-stakes showdown against Egyptian powerhouse Zamalek on Saturday, 29 November, at the Peter Mokaba Stadium in Polokwane. Chiefs will be desperate to steady their continental campaign and get back to winning ways in front of their home supporters.

“Kaizer Chiefs’ Betway Premiership clash with Magesi FC originally set for Wednesday, 26 November 2025 at Seshego Stadium, has been postponed due to their CAF Confed Cup commitments. The PSL will advise on the new date in due course,” the club confirmed via social media.
