Bafana Bafana’s 2026 Adidas Kits to Revive 2010 World Cup Spirit

South Africa’s national teams will once again wear the famous Three Stripes, as adidas reunites with SAFA in a landmark three-year partnership that kicks off ahead of the 2026 FIFA World Cup.

The deal marks adidas’ return to South African football 15 years after dressing Bafana Bafana during the unforgettable 2010 World Cup on home soil. Their comeback aims to rekindle that same sense of pride and unity, with the first official kits expected to launch on 24 March 2026.

According to Footy Headlines, the upcoming home jersey will be inspired by the classic yellow-and-green 2010 design, while the away kit will feature a “Dark Green / Team Green” palette with yellow accents — a modern nod to South Africa’s heritage strip.

The collection will include match-day kits, training wear, travel apparel, and fan merchandise, debuting as both Bafana Bafana and Banyana Banyana continue their rise on the international stage.

The new era between adidas and SAFA promises to blend nostalgia with progress, symbolising a revival of South African football’s golden spirit ahead of the 2026 World Cup.
