The draw for the TotalEnergies CAF Africa Cup of Nations Morocco 2025 qualifiers took place in Johannesburg on 4 July 2024, confirming the road to the 35th edition of Africa’s biggest football event.
South Africa (Bafana Bafana) were drawn in Group K alongside Uganda, Congo, and South Sudan as they look to secure qualification for the finals in Morocco. The qualifiers will run from September to November 2024, with the top two teams from each group (excluding hosts Morocco) advancing to the tournament, scheduled for 21 December 2025 to 18 January 2026.
Defending champions Côte d’Ivoire headline Group G, while hosts Morocco sit in Group B and will participate despite already being assured of qualification.
